Tomorrow I leave on an approximately 12 day difficult ride/hike in this high altitude region of Nepal. There is a very high pass Thorung La for which I have had to purchase all sorts of winter gear. It is no joke…..I have hired a mtb with front suspension and a guide. This is a popular tourist route and I believe there is wi-fi in most places along the way. It has been very rainy in Pokhara and I am sending a photo from this afternoon.
