I was sorry to hear about rele saheb’s death. I didn’t know him very well but had the highest regard for him. I had attended some lessons he gave to rupam some years ago and found them excellent. I would have liked to have learned from him. Now that he is gone I will always regret that I didn’t. He was a very smart man, a lawyer by profession, and he had some complicated theories on music that I either don’t remember or couldn’t understand. Here is a short dadra recording of his: C.R. Rele
