Keni sorted out my bottom bracket problem. I needed a new one. Luckily I was able to get here without any problem (besides the knocking sound). If you remember I had thought about going to Delhi to sort out this problem. A re-greasing in Haldwani at Bike Station had ensured that the knocking (pitting) wouldn’t get any worse. From Keni I also needed a new chain. Keni’s is a small but very good bike shop.
I added up my distance covered so far from Kathmandu to here and it is 4000 kms.!
